What to know before referring
- Applicants must be able to live independently and manage their own daily needs.
- Anchor Point provides stable housing, shared residential environment, house structure and expectations, community living, property management.
- Anchor Point does not provide medical care, clinical supervision, medication administration, behavioral health treatment, assisted-living services.
- Please do not send diagnoses, medication lists, medical records or government ID numbers through the website.
- Placement is based on availability, independent-living suitability, household compatibility and applicable housing requirements.
